Commercial Painter | Milford, OH
1st Shift | $20-24/hr, based on experience
Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring an Exterior Commercial Painter to join a sign installation company based out of Milford, OH. The Painter is responsible for roll brush painting sheet metal used for signs and advertising, as graphic installation. This role requires usage of lifts and requires a candidate accepting of heights and repetitive work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise painting crews on active gas station job sites
- Prepare surfaces (pressure washing, scraping, sanding, priming, masking)
- Apply coatings to canopies, fascia, fuel islands, curbs, bollards, and buildings
- Ensure brand colors and finishes meet client specifications
- Maintain strict safety standards around fuel systems and high-traffic areas
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job site setup
- Communicate with project managers and clients as needed
- Perform final inspections and ensure quality control
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Travel to sites and some overnights may be required
Qualifications
- Commercial painting experience (outdoor preferred)
- Prior crew lead or foreman experience required
- Experience with gas stations or branded retail sites is a plus
- Knowledge of coatings, prep methods, and application techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license required
