Primary Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and place candidates with local client companies
- Build relationships with job seekers and business clients
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and community outreach
- Take job orders and develop recruiting strategies to fill openings quickly
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding activities
- Perform business development and client relationship activities
- Maintain accurate records within recruiting and CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable learning and utilizing technology platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, staffing, hospitality, or related fields preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
