Primary Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips
- Organize inventory and stock warehouse shelves or storage locations
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
- Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and reading skills
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Pay: Starting at $17+/hr (Based on Experience, Benefit Package Available)
