Primary Responsibilities
- Assist Recycling Center Directors with daily plant operations and maintenance activities
- Monitor equipment performance and assist with maintenance and repairs
- Supervise and work alongside team members and workforce participants on assigned tasks
- Operate equipment including balers, conveyors, forklifts, loaders, and sheers
- Maintain records of materials received, processed, and shipped
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with directors, staff, and team members
- Perform light to heavy manual labor and support facility operations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Previous industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or recycling facility experience preferred
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License and insured personal vehicle required
- Must be insurable under company fleet insurance policy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and measurements
- Ability to lift, move, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation: $17–$21/hr (Based on Experience, Benefit Package Available)
Schedule
1st Shift | Monday–Friday Occasional Saturdays and overtime as required
