What You'll Do
- Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce quality parts
- Inspect finished products for defects and perform basic secondary operations
- Package parts and prepare products for shipment
- Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs. throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
Pay: $17–$19/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available
