Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service department operations, scheduling, and field productivity
• Coordinate staffing, materials, equipment, and subcontractors for service projects and maintenance agreements
• Support service coordinators and technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders and customer requests
• Audit documentation including service worksheets, inspection sheets, purchase orders, and start-up paperwork
• Monitor field quality, conduct audits, and implement training improvements as needed
• Respond to customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development of service personnel
• Coordinate dispatching support and maintain tool and equipment inventory systems
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• Previous HVAC service industry or related service management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Reliable attendance and professional demeanor

Compensation: $80,000–$85,000/Year (Direct Hire + Benefit Package)
