Job Description

​ Day to day activities and interaction between the client and Huntington in terms of establishment, documentation, maintenance and servicing of the relationship; Services customers by providing detailed information on specific accounts and building rapport; Works directly with the client and/or relationship manager to obtain financial information or other documentation needed for new accounts, loans and servicing requests; Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing and resolving complex problems with accounts.

Required:

1 year customer service in banking or financial services.

High School Diploma

Preferred:
Bachelor's degree
Microsoft suite proficient
Strong Interpersonal skills
Excellent Customer Service, highly motivated, focused and goal oriented
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
Ability to work in fast paced environment with strict deadlines
Is able to work independently
Administrative experience with financial services industry preferred.
