DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

As a RSS, you would perform outbound phone sales to customers that have existing Huntington relationships Focus on building and broadening existing customer relationships through sales and referrals of all Huntington products and services Place outbound calls through a variety of lead sources; discover needs of customer; explain the features and benefits of financial products and services; recommend financial solutions to customer; originates Huntington products and services Strong focus on consumer lending Utilize multiple systems to makes sales referrals to additional channels of the bank Average 60+ contact attempts daily through our leads management system Demonstrate high energy, initiative and ability to consistently meet specific production goals Maintain up to date knowledge of products, services, technology and regulations Interact closely with Retail and/or product partners to meet customer needs Job duties will include support of overall Phone Bank initiatives Partner on the strategic vision of the department REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma Minimum 2 years sales experience Must possess excellent oral and written communication Comfortable with or enjoy outbound approach Must have a disciplined approach to time management PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1 year home lending experience -- sales, retail branch, or consumer loan origination highly preferred Related financial product experience beneficial College or evidence of advanced education considered a plus Outbound call experience preferred Ability to interact with all levels of the organization OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION:

Monday - Thursday 9:00am -- 6:00pm, Friday 9:00am -- 3:00pm, OFF WEEKENDS Full Time -- Rarely work over 40 hours/week
