As the Brand Manager, you will partner closely with departments across the organization, including Nutrition, Sales, Purchasing, and Production, to craft and execute brand strategies that align with our goals. This is an ideal role for a creative, strategic thinker who is eager to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
Primary Responsibilities: • Develop and implement brand positioning strategies that drive growth and customer engagement. • Lead communication strategies, including advertising, content development, and promotional campaigns. • Champion product line expansion and oversee innovative packaging initiatives. • Monitor and analyze key metrics and campaign performance, ensuring adaptability to optimize results and meet KPIs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and deliver brand initiatives on time and within scope.
The Right Candidate: • A minimum of 5-7 years of successful brand management experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Strong creative, communication, and presentation skills. • Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment. • Adept at building relationships and working cross-functionally. • Proficiency with tools like Adobe CC, digital marketing platforms, and data analytics software (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
