The Personal Apply product manager owns one of the most critical products in the homebuying journey, the digital loan application. This position will use data, integrations, and product innovation to lead a cross-functional team in optimizing the application for business growth and 5-star customer reviews.

Who you are: -You have 7+ years’ product management experience developing and managing B2C fintech products, with a record of driving business growth and exceeding customer expectations. -You have strong analytical and quantitative skills and can use data to validate assumptions, recommendations, and decisions. -You have experience managing vendors and integrations. -You are a leader with strong relationship building skills. -You have experience managing cross-functional teams -You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. -You have experience leading agile teams.

What you’ll do: -You will lead product initiatives for Lower’s Personal Apply product optimizing the borrower loan application through integrations and innovation. -You will analyze data and customer feedback to prioritize initiatives that simplify and expedites the borrower application. -You will be responsible for all aspects of product management including roadmap prioritization, feature scoping, defining KPIs, collecting business requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritizing tickets for development sprints. -You will communicate pro-actively with all stakeholders to provide project status, identify problems, create solutions, and anticipate future enhancements. -You will manage the strategy and implementation of vendor initiatives.
