Job Description

As a Data Engineer Senior, Lead or Consultant, you’ll have a key role in Progressive’s central platform for analytics data and infrastructure. With a mission to drive business value for the company by making data accessible, our Business Analytics & AI teams in our Enterprise Data Solutions organization are busy onboarding new technologies for cloud solutions. In this role, you’ll help internal customers onboard to new technologies, moving their data to our cloud environment. You’ll also identify opportunities to create an abstraction layer to reduce the time to value and make the onboarding experience more efficient. You’ll design and develop any enhancements. Maintaining multiple tools for our cloud environment, we operate as a self-directed product team with constant engagement and collaboration.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum of two or more years work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications
  • Instead of a degree, minimum of four or more years related work described in above bullet

  • Senior level: $80,920 - $104,720/year
  • Lead level: $97,920 - $126,720/year
  • Consultant level: $122,900 - $159,060
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
