We are searching for reliable, motivated individuals to support our growing sales team. This is a business sales and development role that offers a wide range of growth opportunities, including management. Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner with local business owners & brokers to communicate the value of Aflac’s products & services
  • Generate new sales through community-based outreach, networking, referrals & cold calls
  • Schedule & conduct employer meetings regarding employee benefits and Aflac business solutions
  • Educate employees on benefit options & conduct worksite benefit enrollments
  • Provide claims support and customer service to new & existing clients to boost retention and renewals

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have reliable personal transportation and active driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need of current or future employer-sponsorship/work authorization
