We are searching for reliable, motivated individuals to support our growing sales team. This is a business sales and development role that offers a wide range of growth opportunities, including management. We work directly with business owners to help expand their employee benefit options, while helping to solve key issues many small businesses face. Advantages to working with us:

Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with local business owners & brokers to communicate the value of Aflac’s products & services
- Generate new sales through community-based outreach, networking, referrals & cold calls
- Schedule & conduct employer meetings regarding employee benefits and Aflac business solutions
- Educate employees on benefit options & conduct worksite benefit enrollments
- Provide claims support and customer service to new & existing clients to boost retention and renewals

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable personal transportation and active driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need of current or future employer-sponsorship/work authorization
