We are seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with general maintenance, basic plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, and repair. This role is responsible for ensuring that apartment units and common areas are well-maintained and that service requests are completed in a timely, professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks in occupied and vacant units
• Troubleshoot and repair household appliances (stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.)
• Handle soft plumbing work such as unclogging drains, replacing faucets, and repairing leaks
• Conduct basic electrical and HVAC troubleshooting (filters, breakers, thermostats)
• Complete work orders quickly, professionally, and with attention to detail
• Assist with unit turnovers and general property upkeep
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in apartments, facilities, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, and general handyman skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
