Countertop Installer / Lead
Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati Northeast is seeking multiple Countertop Installer / Lead for an immediate opening in Sharonville, OH!
Key Responsibilities:
· Safely load, transport, and unload countertop materials.
· Inspect installation sites and measure spaces to ensure accurate fit.
· Cut, shape, and polish countertops using appropriate tools and equipment.
· Install countertops and related components.
· Seal seams and edges to ensure durability and a clean finish.
· Communicate with customers and project managers regarding timelines and installation plans.
· Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness.
· Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 1–3 years of experience in countertop installation or related trade (carpentry, construction, stone fabrication).
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and measurements.
· Proficient with hand and power tools.
· Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 100 lbs).
· Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Compensation: $25-27 an hour
