The Double Remote Assistant is an independent contractor (remote—work from home) position that will provide core administrative and/or personal support to multiple clients.

Pay

Assistants track their time in Double’s Time Tracker system.

  • Pay is processed bi-weekly and issued via Direct Deposit. **Assistants are paid a set amount of their client's monthly plans, with monthly earnings averaging between $250–$2,500 per client, depending on the client mix.

Stages

  • After chatstrike, Assisntats are invited to participae in the Scenarios Assessment
  • If the Scenarios Assessment goes well the next stage is Interview with an Account Supervisor
  • If Interview with an Account Supervisor goes well, next is references and an invite to the Skills Assessment, this step is done prior to being offered a contract with Double powered by Zirtual.
  • The Skills Assessment is done virtually over a couple days. During this assessment you will be asked to complete a few online courses and participate in a mock call.
  • The Skills Assessment will allow us to gauge your abilities in real time and ensure that you are the right fit for Double and Double’s clients, while also allowing you to see if Double is the right fit for you.

Requirements

  • Must be available 9 am-6 pm in the time zone of the clients you work with
  • Responding and adhering to the response time determined between you and your clients
    • 2-hour response time is the recommendation
    • This includes communication with Double management
  • Sending weekly usage emails to each of your clients
  • Maintaining up-to-date client profiles
  • Accurately and live tracking utilization in Double’s Time Tracker
  • Following all processes and protocols in place by Double Management
  • Must be able to provide all equipment, tools and physical space needed to complete services (i.e. computers, webcams, cellphones, strong internet connection) and all equipment must be in good working condition

**This role is ideal for proactive, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in dynamic environments. You'll need to be resourceful, tech-savvy, and adaptable—capable of juggling a variety of administrative and personal responsibilities with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Requests will vary from client to client. Some examples include:

Personal Support

  • Coordinate personal and professional appointments, meetings, events, and travel to optimize the client’s time
  • Manage household operations, including scheduling maintenance, liaising with domestic staff, and ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Handle personal emails, phone calls, and correspondence; proofread documents and maintain personal records, medical files, and expense reports
  • Book travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, ground transportation) and create detailed domestic and international itineraries
  • Assist in planning and executing events such as social gatherings, vacations, and charity fundraisers
  • Manage routine errands and appointments, including grocery orders, medical visits, and pet care
  • Handle all sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Business Support

  • Manage inbox and calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling and responsiveness
  • Track and submit expenses with accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct research for business and personal projects
  • Support recruiting efforts, including candidate coordination and communication
  • Maintain and organize contact databases and CRM tools
  • Assist with social media account updates and content scheduling
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed
