Accounts Payable Clerk | Eastgate, OH

1st Shift | $19-$21/hour, BOE

Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk for a local Clermont County Construction company based out of Batavia, OH.

Core Functions

  • Accounts payable data entry (ComputerEase software strongly preferred)
  • Creating subcontracts & purchase orders
  • Tracking subcontractors' documentation (certificates of insurance (COI) and W9's, workman's comp insurance)
  • Process return & release of liens
  • Obtaining superintendent approvals for invoices
  • Electronic file maintenance
  • Issue payments for assigned invoices

**Shift: **Operating hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (could be part time, minimum of 24-32 hours weekly, 3-4 days/weekly) Pay: $19-$21/hour, based on experience
