Maintenance Technician | Amelia, OH (G584)
1st Shift | $17-26+/hr, BOE
Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring to fulfill a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing firm in Amelia, OH. This is a full time position designed for an experienced maintenance candidate.
Core Functions
- Install, maintain, and repair injection molding machinery and associated equipment to support production needs and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot injection molding machine mechanical, electrical, and distribution systems.
- Replace or repair parts and test for proper operation.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Maintain maintenance records and logs.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to perform duties.
- Work in a safe, clean, orderly, and productive manner.
Requirements
- Must have strong communication skills and be able to contribute as a team member.
- High school diploma. Associates degree or technical trades training is a plus.
- Maintenance experience in injection molding manufacturing environment.
- Technically proficient maintenance skills including: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and machine repair.
- Electrical working knowledge of 120V single phase to 480V three phase.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Basic computer skills.
- PLC troubleshooting skills are a plus.
- Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
- Must be willing to work overtime as required.
Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4:00pm
Pay: Based on candidate experience
