Electronics Test Technician | Full-Time | 1st Shift

Batavia, OH | $19.50-$23.00/hr (BOE)

What You’ll Do

  • Test & Troubleshoot electronic circuits down to the component level using schematics, diagrams, and drawings
  • Set up & maintain test stations following supplied test documentation
  • Utilize advanced electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, etc.)
  • Identify and communicate any discrepancies in test procedures
  • Train operators in proper testing procedures
  • Improve test times & efficiency to enhance production flow
  • Ensure a clean & organized testing area for safety & productivity

What We’re Looking For

  • Education & Experience: Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Hands-On Expertise: 2-4 years of experience in testing/troubleshooting PCB assemblies
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with advanced electronic equipment
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong troubleshooting skills & ability to interpret complex schematics
  • Team Player: Dependable, motivated, and collaborative with a problem-solving mindset

Schedule & Pay

  • Pay: $19.50-$23.00/hour (Based on Experience)
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:15 PM | Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Early out for the weekend! 🎉)
