Location: Cincinnati, Oh
Shift: Monday–Thursday, Third Shift, 7:30p-6a, (4 ten-hour shifts)
Pay: $19-23 BOE
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Powder Coating Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for preparing parts, operating powder coating equipment, and applying high-quality finishes that meet company specifications.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required Set up and operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns and booths Select appropriate powder based on company color schemes and specifications Prepare, load, and apply powder coatings evenly and accurately Monitor the coating process to ensure proper adhesion and coverage Adjust sprayer valves and nozzles as needed to maintain quality standards
Qualifications: 1–2+ years of previous powder coating experience required Manufacturing environment experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and follow specifications
