Pay: $16.90
Express is seeking reliable, hands-on Cleanup Crew / Restoration Laborers to support emergency restoration projects related to fire, water, storm, and other property damage. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, dependable, and comfortable with physical work in fast-paced environments. Work will include supporting both the inside team cleaning cupboard and boxing belongings as well as the repair crew doing construction clean up.
This wiill be asisgned consistently to a specific cleint but hours will vary from 20 to 40 hours per week, with hours driven by active claims and project volume.
Schedule
Variable schedule (weekdays) based on restoration needs
Expect at least 20 hours per week, often closer to full-time

Essential Job Duties
Job Site & Structural Cleanup
- Clean and maintain job sites following demolition and restoration work
- Remove debris, materials, and waste
- Assist with light demolition tasks after cuts have been completed by skilled trades
- Set up, maintain, and break down work areas as needed
Contents & Interior Cleanup
- Empty cupboards, closets, and rooms in damaged properties
- Box, label, and inventory personal contents
- Prepare items to be sent out for professional cleaning or restoration
- Perform interior cleanup tasks to stabilize and prepare properties for restoration
General Labor
- Pack, move, and stage materials and boxes (up to 50 lbs)
- Follow safety procedures on active restoration sites
- Work as part of a small, responsive crew supporting urgent insurance claims
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Flexibility to work changing schedules and locations
- Experience with hand tools, construction, or carpentry is helpful but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
