Job Title: Shipping Clerk

Shift: 1st | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour

Responsibilities:

  • Manage shipments using FedEx and UPS platforms, including labeling and entering shipping details into the computer.
  • Collaborate with the Shipping Supervisor, Customer Service Representatives, and Management to ensure seamless shipping operations.
  • Pack and prepare shipments while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient shipping line.
  • Keep detailed and accurate logs of daily inventory moves, scanning, and counts.
  • Interact with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude to maintain excellent relationships.
  • Provide support for shipping and receiving departments when needed.
  • Verify the accuracy of outgoing orders and assist with maintaining material warehouse organization.
  • Complete daily housekeeping tasks and follow PPE, 5S, and GMP standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Prior packing experience.
  • Proficiency with computers for data entry and shipment processing.
