Salary Range: $48,000-$52,000 annually
Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting mission-driven work? We're seeking a Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and executive support for a fast-growing nonprofit focused on housing solutions for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide scheduling, meeting prep, and administrative support to the Business Operations Manager and executive team
- Track action items, maintain internal documentation, and support project follow-ups
- Assist with executive calendaring, travel, board materials, and compliance records
- Coordinate office logistics, hybrid work arrangements, and supply management
- Support internal communications, team-building activities, and staff events
- Help manage access to collaboration platforms (Dropbox, SharePoint, etc.) and coordinate with IT providers
- Contribute to special projects, reporting, and document preparation as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2-3 years of experience in administration or operations coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Preferred
- Experience in nonprofit, housing, or mission-based organizations
- Familiarity with Dropbox, SharePoint, or Smartsheet
- Interest in social impact and supporting underserved communities
