General Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Job Overview

We are currently hiring for a General Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance tasks across our facility and grounds. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, using tools, and performing a variety of repair and upkeep tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general repair work using basic hand tools
• Groundskeeping, including lawn care and outdoor cleanup
• Light carpentry, painting, and minor plumbing as needed
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and safe
• Support special projects and facility upkeep

Requirements

• Experience with hand tools and basic repair work
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants (dress code required for safety)
• Clean background preferred, but willing to review individual situations
• Must be able to follow instructions and work independently or with a team
