Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour

About This Role

We're seeking a skilled Assembly and Delivery Specialist to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on position combines precision assembly work with shipping and receiving responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assembly & Manufacturing:

• Perform basic sheet metal operations including deburring, spot facing, riveting, and panel trimming
• Assemble various parts and components according to work orders and specifications
• Handle minor electrical work as needed
• Read and follow technical instructions, manuals, drawings, and schematics

Shipping & Receiving:

• Process incoming shipments, track deliveries, and verify paperwork
• Pack products in shipping containers and prepare mailing labels
• Coordinate shipments via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers
• Organize shipping supplies and maintain clean work areas
• Pull parts for delivery and packaging based on order counts

Warehouse Operations:

• Move products throughout facility to ensure proper workflow
• Track and count inventory regularly
• Pack, unpack, and move boxes as needed
• Operate forklift (training provided)
• Drive truck and trailer for local deliveries and pickups (non-CDL)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100+ lbs
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and kneeling throughout the day
• Good hand dexterity and vision for detailed assembly work
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
