Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Accounting & Operations Assistant for a family-owned building materials company in Milford. This role combines accounting support, customer service, and daily office operations. Accounting experience is preferred, but the company is willing to train the right candidate.

What You'll Do
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
- Enter orders and maintain accurate customer and accounting records
- Support daily office and operational activities
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and contractors
- Assist with inventory, purchasing, and order coordination as needed
- Provide general administrative support to keep the office running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration experience preferred
- Strong computer, data entry, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in construction, building materials, or a related industry is a plus
- Willing to train a motivated candidate with the right aptitude and work ethic
Pay: $20+/hr, based on experience
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
