Primary Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC hydraulic press brake machines to bend and form metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Select appropriate tooling and dies based on material type and thickness
- Verify part dimensions and quality using precision measuring instruments
- Adjust machine settings to maintain quality, consistency, and production efficiency
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of press brake operation experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Experience operating CNC press brake equipment required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and materials
- Basic math skills, including measurements and angle calculations
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure (testing required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles preferred
Compensation: $23–$25/hr (Benefit Package Available)
Schedule
- 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
- 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday
- 3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday
