Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Direct all branch sales, service, and marketing activities to meet annual objectives.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the branch’s operating budget and ensure long-term profitability and operational integrity.
- Lending & Business Development: Drive growth through commercial, consumer, and real estate lending.
- Mission Alignment: Act as a brand ambassador, communicating and executing the bank’s core mission and values.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily branch functions, ensuring compliance and superior client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial data and manage branch budgets effectively.
- Sales Aptitude: A natural ability to identify business development opportunities and close sales.
- Exceptional Communication: Top-tier verbal and written skills for client and internal interactions.
- Organizational Mastery: Highly skilled in planning, organizing, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Influence: Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
- Banking Expertise: 5–8 years of experience within the banking industry.
- Lending Background: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial, consumer, and real estate lending.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of deposit accounts, cash management, and fee-income-generating products.
