Our client, an electrical assembly manufacturer in Westfield, IN, has asked us to help them find an Assembly Worker. In this role you will support the company by preparing, assembling, and inspecting cable and wire components to ensure high-quality production standards.
Pay, Hours, and Benefits
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Evaluation-to-hire, 6:45am - 3:15pm Monday-Friday

What will you do as an Assembly Worker?
- Prepare and assemble cables and wires
- Use hand tools and soldering tools
- Perform accurate and efficient assembly work
- Follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
What qualifications will you have as an Assembly Worker?
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain a positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual work habits
- Good manual dexterity
- Able to pass ruler tests
- Sense of urgency with a focus on accuracy and quality
