Join a trusted local insurance company known for its commitment to excellence and employee longevity. We're hiring for two customer service and claims support roles that play a key part in processing claims and supporting insureds, claimants, and internal teams.
Available Roles

Associate III - Claims Intake & Support
- Process First Notice of Loss (FNOL) via email, fax, or mail
- Enter initial claim data and upload supporting documents
- Handle inbound calls from insureds, claimants, providers, and agents
- Route operator calls and monitor shared inboxes
- Prep, scan, and validate incoming claims documents
- Perform general administrative duties

Senior Associate - Claims Reporting & Data Entry (Includes all Associate III duties, plus:)
- Prepare departmental reports and metrics
- Enter police report data into claims system
Qualifications
Shared Requirements:
- Keyboarding speed: 40-45 WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in data entry
Associate III:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years general office experience
Senior Associate:
- 2-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years general office experience
Preferred for Both:
- Customer service or call center experience
