CNC Machine Operator (Eatontown, NJ)

Pay: $25–$28/hour
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating CNC equipment (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) to tight specs
• Changing inserts, setting offsets, and inspecting parts with precision tools
• Interpreting blueprints and code; performing setups, troubleshooting, and minor conventional machining tasks
• Keeping production logs and collaborating with the team to maintain quality

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on CNC machine operation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude with tool changing, offsets, and precision inspection
• Ability to read blueprints, G-code, and mechanical drawings
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CNC programming or software
