Key Responsibilities
- Outreach: Conduct phone calls to potential applicants to discuss open opportunities.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars and schedule in-person appointments.
- Documentation: Conduct initial screenings and accurately enter data into system.
- Marketing Support: Assist with the creation and distribution of fliers.
- Community Engagement: Attend local community events.
- Administrative Support: Perform essential office tasks including data entry, copying, scanning, and filing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional administrative or office experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Mobility: Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to attend off-site community events.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
