Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Order Picker experienced in operating a Crown Reach Truck to join our client's warehouse team. The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, moving, and staging products using powered industrial equipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Crown Reach Truck safely and efficiently to pick, move, and place products at various heights and locations within the warehouse.

Accurately pick customer orders based on pick tickets or RF scanner instructions.

Stage and label pallets for shipment in designated areas.

Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.

Ensure proper product handling and placement to prevent damage and maintain quality standards.

Assist in cycle counting, restocking, and inventory control as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines.

Follow all warehouse safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding order status and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Certified to operate Crown Reach Trucks.

Minimum of 1 year to 2 years of experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution center.

Ability to read and understand pick tickets, labels, and instructions in English.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
