Looking for your next opportunity? We've partnered with a company in Kapolei to seek a Customer Relations Representative supporting clients across the foodservice, restaurant, and food processing industries on island.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: Up to $70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Build new business while maintaining and growing existing client relationships
• Serve as the main point of contact for restaurant and food processing clients to ensure service satisfaction and identify additional needs
• Conduct in-person visits with new, existing, and previously canceled accounts to strengthen partnerships and recover business
• Schedule meetings, coordinate client follow-ups, and execute cold calls in targeted areas
• Maintain accurate account setup, routing details, and daily reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams and management to ensure seamless service delivery
• Spend 75-90% of your time in the field visiting client sites

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience within the restaurant or food industry
• Established industry contacts strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license required
