We’re hiring a Customer Solutions Coordinator on behalf of a growing manufacturing company. This is a high-impact role that blends in depth customer service, order management, and team collaboration—all within a supportive, tight-knit team of three.

You’ll be the go-to contact for customers, managing their orders from entry to delivery. You'll collaborate daily with production, inventory, and logistics to ensure timelines stay on track and communication flows smoothly.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Support & Order Coordination
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and enter orders into QuickBooks
- Confirm pricing, lead times, and send order acknowledgments
- Track production status and communicate updates or delays
- Address issues (product concerns, shipping errors, documentation) with internal follow-up
- Maintain clean and accurate order history
Inventory Coordination
- Monitor product and raw material levels to align with customer orders
- Coordinate with production and warehouse on inventory flow and safety stock
- Flag shortages and help place POs when needed
- Prepare inventory status updates for internal and client review
Support Production Planning
- Help analyze customer forecasts to support scheduling
- Prioritize orders based on urgency and available capacity
- Communicate production windows and availability to customers
- Collaborate on resolving any planning or supply chain constraints
Qualifications
You Bring:
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Experience with inventory coordination or production planning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using QuickBooks
- Collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused communication style
