Pairs up fillers to covers and then matches up with the correct frame.

· Ensures production floor is stocked with cushions for orders.

· Fills pillows and cushions with materials according to order details using filling machine or metal rod.

· Estimates amount of filler blown into cover by either timing blower or weighing pillows or cushions.

· May stuff covers by hand.

· Receives supplier deliveries.

· Other duties as assigned.

· Ensure product quality for cushion and cover filling.

· Fill pillows and cushions according to production schedules.

· Must be efficient with keeping cushions filled ahead of upholstery production schedule, preferably one day in advance of the actual schedule.
