ENTRY CUSTOMER ASSURANCE TECHNICAL ADVISOR POSITION PURPOSE: To answer extended warranty and technical calls for all Carrier and Payne products including warranty policies and procedures for out Dealers, Contractors, Customers and Associates. KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Provide guidance in application/usage of products within manufacture limitations.
- To interface with and provide integral support to both internal and external people on Carrier and Payne products.
- Answer general warranty questions, verify amounts on credit memo, record any discrepancies and verify invoices have shipped.
- To answer technical support calls.
- Assist in implementing classes for our customers as well as internal associates.
- Process Credit memo when Warranty administrator is out of the office. QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level: High Diploma Knowledge of HVAC/R industry, products and solutions required Must have HVAC experience Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on customer relations A general knowledge of the personal computer with “Microsoft Office" Applications or equivalents is required. WORK PROCESS AND ENVIRONMENT: This position requires a person who is self-motivated and who requires little direct supervision. This person should have good communication skills and telephone techniques. This position requires a person whose personality is of even temperament and allows them to communicate with customers having technical issues.
