We're seeking a dedicated Part-Time Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support our growing business. This role is perfect for customer service professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are available to work Saturdays plus 2 weekdays, with flexibility to provide additional coverage when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide excellent support both in-person and over the phone, ensuring every customer interaction exceeds expectations
  • Order Processing: Take and process customer orders with precision and attention to detail
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions professionally
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as part of our customer service team
  • Administrative Support: Maintain organized records and follow established procedures in our fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Saturday Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays (non-negotiable)
  • Weekday Availability: Available to work 2 days during the week from 8am-4pm
  • Flexibility: Willing to fill in gaps and provide additional coverage during the week as needed
  • Proven Customer Service Experience: Strong background in customer service roles with demonstrated success
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using phones, computers, email systems, and standard office software
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability: Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
