Customer Service
Part-Time
$15 p/h

An auction company in needs a customer service professional. The position is excellent for organized, detail-oriented multitaskers who can thrive in a busy work environment.

Hours:

• Varied; between 25 and 40 hours per week, based on seasonal needs

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm greeting and positive first impression to all guests and bidders
• Answer multi-line phone system and route calls with professionalism
• Respond to customer inquiries about auctions, consignments, and events
• Process payments, data entry, and general administrative duties
• Assist with coordinating pick-ups, deliveries and merchandise handling
• Maintain reception area and supply inventory

Requirements

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Basic computer skills with MS Office, databases, etc.
• Weekend availability for auction event staffing
