Client Fulfillment Specialist– Office-Based (Manufacturing)

Location: Woodbridge, ON | On-site | Full-Time
Salary: $60,000–$70,000

We’re hiring a ** Client Fulfillment Specialist** to manage dedicated customer accounts for a growing manufacturing company in Woodbridge. This is a front-line customer service role where you’ll support clients from order entry to delivery—while juggling details, solving problems, and keeping production aligned.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for a set group of clients
  • Handle all customer communication by phone and email—answering inquiries, providing updates, and troubleshooting issues
  • Enter and track orders in QuickBooks; confirm pricing, timelines, and shipping details
  • Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Monitor inventory levels, flag shortages, and help with purchase orders as needed
  • Support production planning by analyzing customer forecasts and prioritizing orders accordingly
  • Prepare customer-facing updates and internal inventory reports using Microsoft Excel

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Solid experience working with client accounts, order management, and logistics coordination
  • Strong Excel skills – you know your way around formatting, formulas, and reporting
  • Experience using QuickBooks or a similar ERP/order entry system
  • Excellent multitasking ability—you can handle fast-moving priorities and tight timelines with calm and clarity
  • Professional communication style with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
