Job Title: Local Drivers

Location: Monmouth County, NJ
Pay Rate:

  • Non-CDL: $18-20/hr
  • CDL B: $20-23/hr
  • CDL A: $25-28/hr

Position Type: Full-Time | Year-Round | Home Every Night

We are hiring experienced and dependable Local Drivers in NJ! This is a great opportunity for drivers who want consistent work, strong benefits, and a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive safely on local routes using company vehicles, based on license type
  • Load and unload materials as needed, following safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
  • Keep vehicles clean, organized, and in good working order

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years driving experience (per license class)
  • Valid DOT Medical Card
  • Clean driving record for the past 5 years (no accidents or violations)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Familiarity with Monmouth and Ocean County, NJ routes
