Primary Responsibilities
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, troubleshooting, disassembly, and rework of electrical systems and control panels
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, engineering drawings, and wire lists
- Install electrical components including switches, relays, transformers, terminal blocks, circuit breakers, and wiring harnesses
- Connect and route wiring according to specifications and industry standards
- Utilize testing equipment to verify continuity, resistance, shorts, and grounding of electrical systems
- Assemble and wire electrical control panels and related equipment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support additional production projects and duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or associate degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of electrical systems experience preferred (7+ years strongly preferred)
- Experience using hand tools and power tools required
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings
- Knowledge of wire identification, phase coloring, and electrical assembly practices
- Experience with electrical connectors, terminal blocks, and control systems preferred
- Basic understanding of low-voltage wiring and electrical testing procedures
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Compensation: $19–$24/hr (Benefit Package Available)
