We have been asked by a manufacturer in Westfield, IN to help them find Production Assembly Line Workers for first shift. In this role you will assemble products on a fast-paced production line, follow detailed specifications, use hand tools, and ensure quality and safety standards are met while working as part of a collaborative team.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay: $16.00 per hour (with some overtime available)
- Schedule: 1st Shift — Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Work four days and have your Fridays free!

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
What will you do as a Production Assembly Line Worker?
- Assemble seats as they move along the production assembly line
- Add components and parts to products according to detailed specifications
- Measure completed assemblies for accuracy and quality
- Team lift finished products into crates (up to 65 lbs)
- Read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Operate hand tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform daily audits related to safety, quality, and standard procedures
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, bending, and squatting throughout the shift
Qualifications
What qualifications will you have as a Production Assembly line Worker?
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-based environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs individually and team lift up to 65 lbs
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attendance record
