Our client, a specialty manufacturing company located in Carmel, IN, has partnered with Express to find an Assembly Technician as they continue to grow.

This is an evaluation, contract-to-hire position paying $18.00 per hour.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

What will you do as an Assembly Technician?

  • Use basic hand tools to assemble products following detailed work instructions.
  • Perform quality testing on assembled products.
  • Help to package assembled products for shipping.
  • When needed, help to receive and put away materials.
  • They also do some light machining work, and if you are interested, they would like you to learn how to do this work as well.

Qualifications

What qualifications will you have as an Assembly Technician?

  • Prior assembly experience is required.
  • Experience using hand tools and a tape measure is preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to read and understand work instructions in English.
  • A strong history of punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendance is required.
