Our client, a Construction Company in Fishers, IN, has asked us to help them find a Bilingual Office Manager to provide Administrative and Accounting Support. In this role you will manage daily office operations, provide administrative and accounting support, and maintain vendor relationships—all while ensuring smooth communication in both English and Spanish.
Pay, Hours, and Benefits
Pay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Benefits: During your contract period, you’ll have access to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and earned holiday pay.
What will you do as a Bilingual Office Manager?
- Manage daily office operations and answer inbound calls
- Handle invoicing, A/P & A/R reconciliation, and collections in QuickBooks
- Prepare and organize documents: quotes, correspondence, vendor paperwork
- Oversee job costing and schedule customer appointments
- Maintain vendor relationships (pricing, credit apps, waivers, liens)
- Track leads, quotes, and conversion rates
- Provide executive support for training, travel, and files
What qualifications will you have as a Bilingual Office Manager?
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing business
