Job Description

Are you looking for a part-time job, evenings and weekends, for extra income? Join our client's team in Westfield, IN as an Onsite Front Desk Monitor! This role is ideal for students and for folks looking for some extra cash.

Our client manages a community for residents who are 55+ and better, and you will help residents book clubhouse activities, keep the clubhouse and public areas organized and clean, answer questions, and conduct clubhouse and amenities tours.

Pay is $18.00 per hour, contract/temp to hire with excellent benefits. Our client understands the importance of benefits and extends them to part-time workers.

Work Schedule

Our client needs coverage during the following days and times. You can work as many days/times as you are available.

  • Monday to Friday - 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
  • Saturday and Sunday - 8:00am to 2:00pm OR 2:00pm - 8:00pm

What You Will Do

  • Provide top-notch customer service to homeowners and HOA board members.
  • Assist with community inspections and vendor coordination.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining records and scheduling appointments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Clear background and driving record.
