Our client, a non-profit Family Development Organization in Noblesville, IN, has asked us to help them find a Front Office Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to work in a professional, positive, and family oriented environment where you contribute to the well-being of local families.

What will you be doing as the Front Office Coordinator?

  • Answering phones.
  • Directing calls to the appropriate people.
  • Greeting walk-in clients.
  • Ordering supplies.
  • Data entry.
  • Maintaining organization of the front desk area.
  • Helping teachers manage their classrooms.

What experience will you have to be the Front Office Coordinator?

  • Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
  • Prior front desk/reception experience. Ideally in an education or medical environment.
  • A bright smile and servant heart.
