We have been asked by a client in Westfield, IN to help them find Irrigation Installers. No prior experience is required. In this role you will support irrigation system installation projects by assisting with digging, laying pipe, setting sprinkler heads, and helping complete residential and commercial irrigation installs with accuracy and efficiency.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
Hours/Shift: Full-time, daytime hours (typical installation schedule; may vary seasonally)
Employment Status: You will start as an hourly employee through our company while you are training and onboarding. You can work seasonally if you would prefer, or long-term. Our client's goal is to hire several Irrigation Installers permanently.

What will you do as an Irrigation Installer?
- Assist with digging and trenching for irrigation systems
- Install and connect irrigation piping and fittings
- Set sprinkler heads and build valve boxes
- Assist with water taps and backflow installations
- Install and program irrigation controllers
- Operate equipment such as trenchers (when trained)
- Drive company vehicles and pull trailers (if qualified)
- Read irrigation design plans and complete basic job documentation
What qualifications will you have as an Irrigation Installer?
- No prior experience required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable performing physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Experience in irrigation or construction is a plus, but training is available for motivated candidates
