We have been asked by a Medical Device Manufacturer in Noblesville, IN to help them find Manufacturing Operators for 3rd shift. In this role, you will support the production of medical device products and other manufacturing tasks in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals looking to get their foot in the door with a respected and growing company.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- Starting pay of $18.00 per hour
- Rotating schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Tuesday-Friday one week and you receive 8 hours of overtime, then 7:00PM - 7:00AM Tuesday-Thursday the following week and the company makes up the difference so you are paid for 40 hours.

What will you do as a Manufacturing Operator on the Dip Line?
- You will work at a machine that makes rubber air bags for breathing kits.
- 1st station is pulling air bag molds from the machine.
- 2nd station is putting the molded air bags into a washer and then a dryer.
- 3rd station is quality control; making sure air bags are molded correctly, flexible and airtight
- 4th station is packaging the air bags
What qualifications will you have as a Manufacturing Operator on the Dip Line?
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
