We have been asked by a Manufacturing client in Noblesville, IN to help them find a Part Sales & E-Commerce Coordinator. In this role you will support customers with replacement part sales, manage the company’s online parts store, and maintain accurate product data across digital and internal systems.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Benefits: Full benefits package available upon conversion to permanent employment
What will you do as a Part Sales & E-Commerce Coordinator?
- Manage incoming parts inquiries and prepare accurate quotes (30% of your time)
- Process orders in the ERP system and confirm correct part identification (20% of your time)
- Maintain Shopify product listings (pricing, descriptions, images, specs) (20% of your time)
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure online listings remain current (10% of your time)
- Process online orders and coordinate shipping and tracking updates (10% of your time)
- Track basic e-commerce performance metrics and maintain digital product files (10% of your time)
- Support improvements to SKU structure, pricing consistency, and online store usability
What qualifications will you have as a Part Sales & E-Commerce Coordinator?
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, or similar)
- Experience managing Shopify or comparable e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Clear written communication skills for product content and customer updates
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or technical training preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in parts sales, inside sales, or industrial customer service
