We have been asked by a client in Westfield, IN to help them find Pool Restoration Workers. In this role you will perform hands-on outdoor work that includes restoring, renovating, preparing, and maintaining residential and commercial pools. You’ll work independently or as part of a small crew to ensure pools are safe, clean, and ready for customer use.
Pay, Hours & Benefits
- Pay: $18.00 per hour with no pool restoration experience. If you have prior pool restoration experience, pay can start at $19.00 or $20.00 per hour.
- Hours: Monday–Friday, starting at 7:30 AM and typically finishing around 5:00 PM
- Schedule: Daytime, no weekends; longer days may be needed to take advantage of weather

What will you do as a Pool Restoration Worker?
- Support renovation/restoration activities such as cutting, caulking, sanding, painting, and basic pool liner preparation
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Measure and cut
- Assist a small crew (typically 2–3 people) on renovation/restoration projects
- Communicate repair needs, service concerns, or system issues to the team or customers
What qualifications will you have as a Pool Restoration Worker?
- Prior construction, concrete, handyman experience is required
- Prior experience using hand tools and power tools is required
- Willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Strong work ethic and comfort with manual labor
- Ability to work longer days with overtime when required to take advantage of the weather
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass background check and driving review
